Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping for all watches. We send out all our parcels from our showroom based in New Zealand within 48 hours of your order being placed. You can then expect your delivery to arrive within the next 6-10 working days. Depending on your location, if you live in a rural area, this may be extended by 5-7 working days.

We offer free worldwide shipping for all watches.

Orders are shipped with DHL Express.



DO I NEED TO PAY TAX/DUTIES?

We only collect/charge taxes and duty fees for New Zealand addresses. For shipping to other countries, taxes and duties will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Beaufort Watches is not responsible for taxes/duties to countries other than New Zealand.

Customs fees must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to pay customs after the product is shipped, all additional fees (including return shipping fees) that are charged by the courier are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will also not be issued if the parcel is destroyed by the courier/customs due to non-payment of Duty & Tax.

However, if a shipment is returned to us because the recipient fails or refuses to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges, we will process a refund for the returned items less any costs incurred as a result of the return. This may include return shipping, carrier surcharges, storage/handling fees, and any customs or brokerage charges billed to us by the shipping carrier and/or customs authorities.



HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is confirmed and the shipment is registered you will receive an email including tracking details. You will be able to directly track you package via the link in your email.

We deliver to most countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop-down at the checkout, please contact our customer service at hello@beaufort-watches.com and we will try to find a solution for you.
