Refund policy

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund of the item’s value, store credit, or an exchange.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receipt. To return an item, you must first inform us by email to hello@beaufort-watches.com explaining us your intention, then place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to our headquarters.

 

All returned items must be in brand new and unused condition, including all original packaging. We cannot offer refunds if there is missing or damaged packaging. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. The purchase of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. It is necessary to use a tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of the parcel. The tracking number is used by warehouse staff to register the parcel upon delivery. Please retain a proof of postage receipt for proof of return shipment. 

Beaufort Watches is not responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds will be processed once the parcel has been received on our end.

 

In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Beaufort Watches. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

 

For pre-ordered items, Beaufort does not accept returns since each order is made-to-order for each customer.

Returned Shipments Due to Unpaid Import Fees

 

If a shipment is returned to us because the recipient fails or refuses to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges, we will process a refund for the returned items less any costs incurred as a result of the return. This may include return shipping, carrier surcharges, storage/handling fees, and any customs or brokerage charges billed to us by the shipping carrier and/or customs authorities.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

 

Beaufort offers a 30-month warranty for all products from the date of shipment.

Warranty coverage does not include any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, or incorrect use of the watch.
